Luciano is an award-winning multidisciplinary creative director and art director.

His career started at TBWA Milan in 2010. Four years later, he moved to London, working for agencies such as Ogilvy UK and Saatchi & Saatchi London. In 2017, after spending a year as a creative director at a tech company in Colombia, he decided to move back to Italy, working as a freelance senior creative for ad agencies such as DDB, DUDE, and GREY, to name a few.
In 2018 he has been working as the Executive Creative Director of H48, a digital branded content agency in Milan awarded as the best digital agency that year. In 2019 has started teaching at Accademia di Comunicazione. In 2020, he returned to freelancing and founded VICEVERSA Studio, a collaborative creative collective focused on social impact communication and cultural projects.
He has had the pleasure of working with clients such as Adidas, IKEA, Sony PlayStation, Spotify, Wind, McDonald's, Netflix, Google, Lavazza, Costa Crociere, Carrefour, Apple, Disney, Coca-Cola, Enel, Volkswagen, Audi, Mediaset, Mutti, Toyota, Müller, Eolo, Amnesty International, YouAid, Bayern, Lucano, Tuborg, and Istituto Oikos.
